                  Respite/active musical mixes (AKA music differentiation) are 
                  where music has been prepared so that the intensity of the 
                  music matches the intensity of the work. These musical structures
                   have a positive effect on enjoyment, adherence, power output 
                   and remembered pleasure. This is partly because it is the individual 
                   components of a piece of music, rather than perceptions of the 
                   overall composition that has the greatest influence over exercise 
                   arousal. Participants appear to have less dislike for the physical 
                   feedback from exercise when music is correctly synched with the 
                   programming. In other words, participants still feel they are 
                   working hard (so they report high RPE) BUT they enjoy the feeling from this more!
                
              
                  Rhythmic entrainment is the synchronization of one 
                  or more internal rhythms with an external rhythmic stimulus,
                  such as a beat in music, which can influence bodily and 
                  neural processes like movement, breathing, and even mood. 
                  This psychological and physiological mechanism involves the brain's 
                  auditory and motor systems, where sensory input is integrated with 
                  internal neural oscillations to produce synchronized responses, 
                  leading to effects such as improved kinetic efficiency,
